Welcome to the Mace Information Channel help page. From this website you will be able view instruction videos, links to your BIW projects, make an application for your company to join a project and provide feedback for the system to Mace.

Instruction videos
The videos listed are for use by users of the Information Channel on Mace projects. They relate to Mace procedures and as such may vary from the way the system is used on other projects. To view the videos you will need to have Macromedia Flash installed on your computer. Any queries should be addressed to Crawford Patterson at Mace.

Project List
Each BIW project will be located on a channel. Channel addresses are of the form http://XXXX.mybiw.com where XXX varies. The project list will allow you to browse the projects where Mace is using the Information Channel and provide a link to the relevant channel.

New Company/User Request Form
When companies are asked to use the Information Channel on a project they should complete an online application form that will be processed by Mace and BIW. When completing the application you will need to nominate a person who will be responsible for creating additional user accounts. If this person is not already in the BIW database then a new account will be created and emailed to the user by BIW.
