This online form should be used to record any feedback on the BIW Information Channel system where Mace are managing the Information Channel implementation. The details provided on the form will be sent to the Mace Implementation Manager and the PIC identified on the form. You will receive a response email from Mace answering the feedback or notifying you of what action will be taken. You may also use this form if you would like to arrange further training for yourself or a member of your team.
NB: This information does not go directly to BIW. Mace will only raise issues with BIW when it is appropriate.

Once completed the form will automatically be emailed to the specified Implementation Manager and PIC.
